During the period from January 1, 1997 - December 31, 1997 one can make QSOs for “MINSK-930” award. Contacts with EW1, EU1 prefixes (city of Minsk) give 25 points. Special event stations EU930EU and EW930WN - 100 points.

Duplicate contacts are allowed on different bands and modes.

It is nessesary to claim at least 930 points.
