BELARUSSIAN in The WORLD - Award may be applied by all stations who have had contacts with stations operated by people who have been licensed in Belarus. Some of them live outside of Belarus now. Some live in Belarus, but they were licensed outside of Belarus and have amateur license for other country. To apply you must have the following contacts:
For example:
USA-applicator => need 2 station from List and 3 any station from Belarus.
DX-station (outside of Europe) => the same.
Europe-applicator => need 3 station from List and 7 any station from Belarus.

All amateurs radio can have AGB awards (and SWLs also). Your application (or GCR-list - (General Certification Rule)) with confirming of two amateurs radio and fee (10 US$ / 8 EURO) send to AGB Award Application manager
